How did you come up with a telephone script for you business?

For the two companies I have worked with and my federal employment the scripts are provided for you. Companies use the most successful employees/recruiters to provide "How they did it".

Also, I have used the same things that were said to me that drew me in. I find that people want to talk and ask questions. Just know the answers, know your products/services, and be honest! They WILL check.
