Skills of Outstanding Leaders

To be an effective leader, you must be a visionary. Visionaries boldly appeal to anyone and everyone to get on board with the vision. They talk about it, write about it, and burn white-hot for it.
They are future-oriented and full of faith to believe the vision can be achieved if the dream is pressed toward with enough desire. If told their dream is impossible, that just adds fuel to the fire in their spirit. They carry the vision. They cast the vision. They draw people into the vision, and they'll give their lives to see it fulfilled.
My question of the day for you is, "Do you have a God-given vision for your life and if so, how passionately are you pursuing it?"
